problem in enterprise activation email acount

Hi I am facing problem regarding to activate an email Acount. But I constantly encoutring the problem that please enter the enterprise activation password. But I havn't it. Please help me.

what do you mean, "activate an email Acount" ?
are you a BES admin?

I wanna activate my Acount on curve. But it required enterprise activation password but I don't know from where I can get it ?

if you need an enterprise activation password, you must ask your company IT admin for it.
