problem shut down

My new bb bold have mistake!  Using my bb and ... When battery going to 50%, my bb turn off. Then only i can turn on my bb if put a  charger, then my baterry show 0% baterry, and beginning charge.


What is a problem? Maybe i can solve problem if install new softver, upgrading or ,,,,?

The issue is clearly related with battery degradation. Is it a newly purchased device? In that you can claim warranty from the store. Otherwise I would recommend changing the device battery.

Ok, thanks. BB is new, but i have not warranty, becouse i have bought on "black maket".
BB is excellent, only battery make a problem.
