problem texting after phone upgrade to 7.1

On Friday August 10th i installed the latest upgrade to my Torch 9850.  Since that upgrade i can no longer receive any text message over 3 lines.  Longer text messages simply do not appear.  any idea what might have happened?

Re: problem texting after phone upgrade to 7.1

Every new version of OS has minor changes included.  I'm not familiar with every version of OS but as a test, you should revert back to your previous OS then upgrade back to this one again.  If you notice that you regain your longer texts only to lose them again when you go back to this OS, it's probably one of the changes.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy

Tthanks Bill.  I have no idea how to revert back to a previous OS - can you give me a place to start?
