Iam not able to find the option->"Enterprise Activation" -> when i entered into "device"-> "Advanced settings"
thats the reason i cant able to configure my official mail in my Blackberry
please help to fix the issue

Is it a personal device or a Company , If its a company device call your BES administrators they can activate your account.

its my company mobile and the main problem is that iam not able find the option "enterprise activation" in advanced settings why its happening whereas i got the username and password from it desk

It you're unable to see those option to complete the Enterprise Activation then most likely your account is not properly Configured . Or try this if you are sure : http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/33
