activated my BES-
email and wi-fi work great but internet won't work "Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your administrator."
so i download OS v220.127.116.11 platform 18.104.22.168 and voila - internet works like a charm!!!!
unfortunately my BES was knocked out
no problem - I call IT and we reactive my BES
now email works but internet is dead and I get the same error message.
Is there a setting I need to tweak or is there a problem on our IT side?

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Make sure the IT department does not have an IT policy on your phone that disables the browser.
In the meantime try this;
Go to OPTIONS/ADVANCED OPTIONS/HOST ROUTING TABLES/ menu key/ REGISTER NOW select.
You will get an email acknowledging activation. Try the browser, it it works there isn't an IT policy on
the phone regarding the browser. If it doesn't see the IT department.
