problem with a bberry bold

hi !

i have bought a bberry bold in paris, and now ot does'nt work. after i have charge the battery, my bb is gettin hot and there's no battery at all ... i have changed my battery but the problem still the same... is somebody know how to fix this problem ?

try to update the OS of the device and see if that helps

Your new BlackBerry device is not receiving any charge! Take the device back to shop from where you've purchased and claim warranty.
