problem with appworld device switch

Anytime I tried switching my blackberry appworld I'd to a new device it normally says I have execeded the number of device switch.please how do I reset my blackberry ID ?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

While I cannot find the relevant KB, I think that the maximum changes allowed is 15 within one year. Beyond that, one must ring up their mobile service provider for formal support and perhaps escalation up to RIM in order to proceed.

But I don't really think I have switched up to 15 device with the same id

Doesn't matter...the system thinks you have, and you now need a human to look into it for you.

OK...but I advise that you follow instead the KB that Bifocals posted for you above, which says to (as I said) contact your mobile service provider.

Looking at that link you provided, I don't see anything on point to your issue...do you? If you do, then I suppose you can choose to follow that instead.

All we can do is provide you with guidance from what we understand...it's up to you to choose what to do.

Anyway thanks to all for the effort made,let me see how I can contact my service provider.I will get back to this forum with whatever result I get.
