In regards to the download issue, we are unable to comment on 3rd party sites and it's recommended you contact the website support team to investigate.
As for your media card issue, if you remove the media card and your battery then reinsert both, after the reboot completes are you able to access your media card contents?
When you connect to your computer and go to access your media card, is the BlackBerry folder greyed out? Do you get any errors when you go to access the contents?
