problems with bbm

hello

 

iv been having probems with my blackberry torch and bbm

 

my bbm stopped workinn for no reason earlier it was loading up but i couldnt send no msg's or nothing and i checked on the 'service status' menu on the connections and it said 'blackberry internet status' not connected, soo i uninstalled bbm and tryed to reinstall it and now wenever i try to reinstall it back onto my phone it now says 'not avaible on this phone' sumonee pleasee hellppp meeeeeee

There is no need to reinstall BBM for this issue , If your device is Not Connected to BlackBerry Internet Service then first you should call your Carrier Orange to know about this issue , Or be ask them to check if  your account is properly configured with BIS . nce it is conneceted you won't face such issue .

 

Please Call or Contact Orange first .
