"An error has accured. Please try again later"

Hi guyz!
I'm having trouble trying to download thngs from the BB app world. It requires me to enter my log in details, after I did so it returns an error: "An error has occurred. Please try again later"

I dnt know how to move from there. I keep trying in hoping tat it will say sometime different bt fortunately it doesn't.

Help plz!

Thank u so much I just find another solution tat worked 4 me. I'm so happy to finally worked my problem out. Thanks for trying really appreciate ur effort. I checked my time zone n everything suggested in other posts.

hi ,

im having trouble using my BB app world it keeps telling me an error has occured. please try again later ( Error Id: 40820)...... i have tried changing my timezone followed the steps of KB ...........still having trouble need help i have a bold 9930

Try to go Blackberry App world>My Account>Payment Options. 

 

Then sign in.

 

Maybe after sign in it will appear another error. just try again and again until succeed, until it appears to choose between paypal and credit card. ignore them. go back, and download until it work.

 

Hope this help. Those KB bla bla bla also didnt work for me.

hi,
i tried this and it worked out or me -
Options - Security - Advanced Security Settings - TLS - Permit Insecure Renegotiation
Just tick the Permit Insecure Renegotiation
and i think it should work out
