"An error has occurred. Please try again later"

Hello, 

 

I got a problem with my Blackberry Curve9300 3G. It worked properly for the past year but since today, whenever I want to log myself into the Blackberry App World, 

"An error has occurred. Please try again later" is displayed.

I tried almost everything and asked a lot of friends who got the same problem. They all solved it with changing the time settings or resetting their blackberry completely. So accordingly, it is not a time/date error, nor is it a resetting problem. I also changed my Blackberry ID in case that would have helped but it did not! 

 

My problem is apparently the KB25882 thing.

 

 

The given page of Blackberry to help this problem describes my problem  but the given solutions do not solve my problem!
I can not get into BlackBerry App World nor can I download any Apps!

Hi and Welcome to the Community...apologies for the delayed reply...hopefully you resolved your issue, but just in case!!

 

There are many other KBs with that situation...please review them as well to see if they apply. Also please search out other threads on this topic...there are many, with many different solutions, one of which may work for you (and is already posted).
