               It's not uninstall, the icon is just hidden,On your home screen press menu then mark show all Icons or 

show hidden then search it

I have found it but now the very first message has come back when I click onto it

Go to setup>options>device>advanced system settings>TCP IP, enable both APN settings & APN authentication and type blackberry.net infront of APN. It worked on my bold 9780.
