"Contact Blackberry App World Customer Support"

i got the above message when I tried to redownload a couple of apps that I had downloaded for my previous Blackberry (but which somehow didn't get transferred to my new Bold).

I'd be happy to "Contact Blackberry App World Customer Support" IF ONLY I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW!!!!

Does anybody have any ideas?

Call your service provider (to whom you pay your monthly service for your BlackBerry plan) and ask to be escalated to RIM level tech support.

pls,my blackberry app world just stop working.if i try opening it,i get this message "blackberry world is currently not available in your country.check www.blackberry.com/appworld for updates".the problem is i have been using the app world from my phone,infact,my country is even listed in the list of countries compatible with the app world and other blackberry app world is perfectly working here except mine.my country is nigeria and i use blackberry 9850.pls how can i resolve this issue?
