I recently changed to a new BlackBerry Bold 9700, but in this case, the email setup wizard doesn't work.
i cannot create or add an email address.
--->Setup--> Email Accounts (i get nothing)

Verify with your carrier that you have the correct blackberry data plan attached to your account.
You can head to blackberry.com/integrate from the device and try to setup the email from there.
