"NYC Transit" App - Purchase Not Found

I downloaded and paid for the travel app "NYC Transit" in App World today.  After being guided through PayPal and getting debited $4.99 to which I received confirmation emails that it had completed the transaction, it started to download the app and halfway through came up an error message saying there was a problem and to go to "My World" to re-download it.


The icon in My World says "NYC Transit Purchase Error".  I click on it to which Im told to log in to attempt to retrieve the application purchase.  I do this to which it guides me through PayPal again.  After logging in it searches for a few seconds, then comes back with the message "No applications are associated with your My World account."


If anyone could shed light on this it would be greatly appreciated.   Ive contacted both Blackberry and the Transit app via email with no responses.
