Nope -- that automated email is your specific case number and instructions. They now have it in their system, and you can use the follow up instructions it included to follow up. But, give them some time...it now must make its way to a human who can address it, and there are certainly more requests than their supply of humans can deal with, so backlog is to be expected. I've no idea how long you should wait, but a week would not be out of the question, I'd think.

The form responds telling that my PIN is invalid, what should I do then to solve the 'purchase(s) not found' problem? Thank you in advance!
For the invalid PIN, please see your Private Messages on this site for a PM from me with instructions to clear that up. Once that is cleared up, you will be able to submit via the form.

This works and doesn't need a form or tech support.

I just had that same problem last night. What I did was open My World, hit the BB Menu and click log-on and log into Paypal account and let them refresh your My World apps, (this may take 5 to 10 minutes), after your My World apps refresh scroll through the list and see if the problem app is there, ( if it is then you may have to click on it to get it to install on your phone ). If it is not there but Paypal has already charged you then contacting Paypal and explain the situation and see if they will refund your cost. Jon
