Yes that is the password he is using. As I stated in the first post I have uninstalled the software 2 different times 1 time I kept all the user data had the same issue, the second time I uninstalled it and removed all of the saved user data and removed the devices out of the programs memory.
Which I would have thought would have resolved it but it has not.

Then my only suggestion would be to ask him for his password, type it into the phone yourself so you know its correct then type it into the desktop software yourself.
I can't think of any other way around this other than to remove the password from the handset totally and see if BDM still asks for a password when you try to connect the phone to it.
