"code" for reset?

Hi, I know there is a "code" out there to reset the bold's memory. It isn't the alt + shift + del thing. I can't remember but I think the number "3" is involved??? It takes me to a menu in the bold then I have to click on another thing to clear the memory to improve performance. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about! If you do, will you please share the code? Thanks!!

Re: "code" for reset?

Do you want to completely remove the info currently in the device?

Blackberry "Wipe-Handheld" command list Options menu

  • Security Options
  • General Settings
  • Menu
  • Wipe handheld
  • Enter password ("Blackberry" or your business-assigned security password)
If your issue is resolved, put a checkmark in the green box that contains the resolution.
