My Bb has been powering down and powering back up, randomly for about 3 months now. It only does it in certain areas of the city. Within these areas, I am also unable to make calls, text or email. I have had the Bb replaced and continue to have the same issues with the new phone.
Att states that i need to have this second phone replaced. Not sure that I want to go thru another replacement.
any ideas what the deal is?
