Re: reboot

Hi

Do you want to restore your Torch like new (when you bought it)?

Or just do a reboot like when installing a new app to get changes?

I just need a bit more info and hopefully provide you with a solution!

Regards

Re: reboot

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:

With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

You will lose no data or saved information on the device.

Re: reboot

Also in future if you need to do a soft reset, when installing news apps etc. (Without taking out battery)

Right Alt+aA and Delete hold it for few seconds till LED at top shines red that will perform a reboot too.

However if you feel your Torch is slow or glitchy on certain apps etc use the battery pull method Sanders advised
