receiving emails from network@etp2102.etp.eu.blackberry.net

hi all, i have a blackberry 8620 phone and recently my company changed over from vodafone to emobile. i have been receiving an email from the above email address every 20 -30 mins night and day with the following message

"This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

i have contacted emobile and they say it is nothing to do with them and they cannot do anything about it. does anyboby know how i can stop these emails from coming apart from blocking the email address which i am not sure if i should do. any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
