I recently updated to the 5.0 bundle. After it all installs and the phone reboots, there is a RIM agreement that needs to be closed in order to get to the main menu of the phone. Unfortunately, the mouse pointer has disappeared, and therefore cannot click on the "OK" at the bottom of this agreement. I know my mouse is working as I can hear the clicks when I roll the ball, but no pointer. Any ideas?
I have also tried working around this by restoring to a previous version, but still no luck. Same software agreement appears, and still no mouse pointer.

its been two weeks, and i haven't heard anything from this forum. Is anybody listening?
In those two weeks, I have had to use my Samsung stupid phone. HELP somebody!! I want my blackberry back!!

Did you try to press the Return key to accept any options in the agreement screen?

The return key does not work either. I was hoping blackberry would have had a workaround posted on this situation. I can't believe I am the only person with this problem.
I did take my phone to T-Mobile,but of course their response is that I need a new phone. Anything to make a sale.

have you option to reinstall another bundle?
Did you installed offical or leaked unoffical version?
