recovered deleted vid came back as .3GP.lock and now I can't open it

My son accidentally deleted some pics and vids accidentally from my bb. I used undelete 360 and it got all of them but one big one that has .3GP.lock as a file extension. I can't open it. Figures that it is the most important one of all. The rest are all fine. They were all taken on the same week.

I searched the forum for other issues with this extension and all I found was one where the user had changed the sd card. I haven't changed a darn thing except that the files were accidentally deleted then recovered.

Any way to get this video back? I wonder why only one has this extension...

(BTW, watch links to undelete 360. A few on this forum that like to the portable freeware forum and  'look' like undelete 360 actually lead to a program called 'undeleter' with an orange life preserver logo. After scanning and getting back all  your deleted files it pops up a request for money and a license key. Very annoying.)
