red light

i was charging my phone and i turned it on and now the red light comes on then it starts to load then stops what do i do.... do i take it to tesco where i got it from or the bank as its insured with them

If you do not want to try any diagnostics on your own, then you would need to review your warranty and insurance provisions -- those would determine which you would seek help under for your situation. No one else can know what your contractual provisions are...those are between you and your providers.

 

If you want to try some things on your own, then let us know and we might be able to provide you with a few tricks that might help. They might not, also...but if you don't try, you never can know for sure either way.
