regarding problem in newly purchased mobile

Can any body tell me about this direct nos. Toll free no. says contact the service centre and service centre says waiting for response from central office. Such a hopeless system and no direct no. who can solve the problem.Recommended STRICT NO NO FOR Blackberry.Planning to go to consumer court against blackberry.
