my friend told me to upgrade the BBM, so i did..
then after i finished downloading, theres a pop up saying "BlackBerry Messenger failed to register with the BlackBerry Messenger service. Registration is necessary to use the features of this application. I have try to send register now at HRT, but that's didn't give solution. What should I do? Thanks

i have active blackberry subscription but i am unable to use any form of data service on my phone. i can only make and receive calls + send tect messages. i have tried to register the Host Routing Table, but there is nothing in the list. i have tied the diagnostic test, every other option on the list shows RUN but when it gets to blackberry it shows FAILED. what do i do please

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Contact your mobile service provider for formal support, and potential escalation to BB for enhanced support. There is something not working correctly between your device and your carrier data network...but only they can look at their systems to try and figure out what the problem may be. No one here has any such access to do so.
