registration!

i've been working with mi BB over wifi for over a month, all of a sudden it didn't worked anymore. I activated mi BB ID. Now I try to setup my email but it only gives me the option of enterprise and not hotmail or gmail. i try to register but i only get an error message.

 

what can i do?

Welcome to the forums. 

 

You will need to contact your wireless service provider to ensure you have the correct services enabled on your account as it appears you are setup for enterprise.
