Start with a battery pull. With your phone powered on, remove your battery then replace it.
If that doesn't work, reload your OS with BlackBerry Desktop Software. To do this, plug your phone in to your PC and open BDS. Once your phone has connected to the software, click Device at the top of the software then Restore. Choose a recent restore point and load it.

that didn't help. restore option is not available. each time get different message
uncaught exception: net_rim_bb_qm_peer(276) is not responding: process terminate.
only emails, text and bbm is not working rest all is working
