responses to bb emails blocked

Hello. Have set up my email acct.  When I send an email from my bb, non-bb users tell me that their responses are rejected (by my isp?).  This doesn't happen when they originate a message to the same email address.   Is there something I can do in my setup that would resolve this problem?  Or is it on my ISP's side of things?   I searched the forum for a bit, but didn't find this topic specifically.

Re: responses to bb emails blocked

Ok this is kinda confusing, you send from the blackberry, that works, but when they try to reply to any emails from you, it says it is rejected? what is the exact context on the error? something is missing here.

If someone helped you give them kudos. Research all info!

Thanks for your response.  Here's an example.  I send an bb email to my yahoo address, then tried to respond back.   I get the message below.  *****@mail.halcyon.com is my mailbox address at my ISP.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Connected to but sender was rejected.
