why would i speak to them, my PIN is correct, there is just something wrong with their system. This guy who I think is a moderator on this site said he will PM me the instructions on how to fix that unknown PIN number problem, but I havent received anything yet

FYI -- I'm not a mod for the site, just another user like you who just happens to spend a lot of time here and can occasionally get enhanced attention from RIM...and, in this case, does get that enhanced attention...

 

toxa24 -- I show the item in my sent PM's...I've sent it again...apologies for the delay (I've been traveling the last couple of days and haven't been able to log in as regularly as normal).
