saw a file in my phone name ndkdump so i tried deleting it but it saying file in use.pls help-bold3

You can try rebooting your BlackBerry then deleting ndkdump file. There is no harm in deleting it, and it may be created again after the deletion as it's a dump file for trasch collection.
