services not connecting

Someone PLEASE help! I activated my blackberry services via my network on monday..it is now thursday and I still don't have any bb data services, I contacted my network provider and they said everything was working there side and I now have to wait 48 hours for reply off blackberry. I have the 3G in capitals but when I run a diagnostic all I get is this.. BlackBerry Registration: Yes
Connected to BlackBerry: No
BlackBerry PIN-PIN: Abort
I honestly just want to be able to use my bbm and services
