setting up email - PROBLEM

I am havving problem setting up my email, and I can´t get help from the carrier, not an easy access to Blackberry people so the can tell me what the problem is.


My domain is soltecnologia.br.com, which does seem to cause problems with Blackberry understanding it as NON-STANDARD.


Why? How can I get this solved?
