Hi and welcome to the forums!
Have you tried a 30 second battery pull? Leave the phone on and pull the battery, replace it in 30 seconds or longer and your BB will reboot. See if that fixes your problem. If not, Have Tmobile call Rim and open the case, as it will cost you (I believe) $40 dollars if you do it.
Let me know if this helps, or you need more assistance.

yup did that and had no affect those buttons still dont work.
T-Mobile won't help me as I no longer have an account from them as its unlocked and using it with AT&T I'll try AT&T but they probably wont help either since phone wasn't purchased from them.

Sorry I don't have a resolution then, I may be a hardware problem. I would Google on parts for your device and see if you can replace the keyboard your self. Keep reading though, maybe someone else can help or suggest something else.
Sorry I couldn't help!

It sounds like a software fault. Even more so if nothing is behind the buttons to cause them getting stuck.
You need to download the latest version for your device from the carrier the phone was sold with.
Save the folder to your desktop, double click it to install it your computer. (can take 40 mins to download)
Then you connect up the blackberry and using the program called application loader,(which is built into the desktop manager program that came on the cd) push the new software to the device. Ensure when you see an 'advanced' box, you click into it, to check both check boxes to remove all current installed software.
Here is a list of software carrier sites:
Good Luck and let us know how you go..
9/10 times this is a software fault.

Ok everybody charity fund for digital-mayhem! I got a good 15 cents laying around!
Seriously here is a video on youtube that says how to take apart your blackberry. THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Besides I can't afford a replacement, I just gave up my last 15 cents.
