shut down

I have a BlackBerry Curve and eewcetly installed the new operating system. For whatever reason, the shutdown icon has been deleted / gone. Any suggestions on how to replace that icon or restore same? Thoughts?

Re: shut down

Maybe the icon has been hidden ? Are you able to show All in the Home screen.

Re: shut down

Yeah check that first. First hold down the ALT key and click on an icon. In the menu that appears hit Show All. All of the hidden icons will appear as being dimmed out. If you find the icon now, just ALT+click it and uncheck Hide in the menu.

Or you can try resetting your default theme by doing the following:

  1. Go into Options | Theme
  2. Hit your menu button, and choose Reset Theme Defaults

WelcSmiley Happyme to the FSmiley Happyrums!

Sometimes the icons like to play "hide and seek".  It is problem hiding behind another one! Smiley Happy
