sliding unlock app help needed

I have a 9320, and I got a app called "swipe lock" and I tried it and it locked my phone, but then it says slide to unlock, but when I try to slide my touch pad thing, nothing happens, so basically I can't get into my phone, I tried holding home, but it goes back to the app straight away

Please can someone help me!

Re: sliding unlock app help needed

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, you should be able to get into your BB (Safe Mode blocks 3rd party/add-on apps from auto-executing).

For issues with functionality of the app itself, you should inquire with the app developer.

Good luck and let us know!
