Hi, mI would like to know if someone can resolve my little problem: when I touch the icon "maps" on smartphone it doesn't work and is impossible to apply any other function till when I restart the smartphone. My you help me

Most of the issues rectify after hard boot of device, please perform a hard reboot by Pull out battery while device is on and re-insert it after a min.
