im backing up with blackberry protect how do i wipe my device caused its taken the whole day with this problem

I have the same problem and it is stuck on 8% backup on social feed for almost 12 hour now .can someone tell me how do i wipe my fone and reload  OS cause its not been working the whole day and i am loosing business
