Do you have another email address on the device that is working?

First remove the battery for 30 sec....replace it. Try sending an email. If it does not work. Send service books.
This is how you do that:
Click on the "Email Settings" icon on your device
This will take you to the Blackberry Login Screen
Login, .................if you have not created a username and password.....do it now and write it down. If you forget this information.....you have to call Blackberry to get a reset.
Once you've logged in....Click on "Email Accounts"
Then choose "Services and Settings"
Then "Service Books"
Then "Send Service Books"
This will send an email to each address on your bb device. Hopefully you will recieve them.
Also your account may have to be validated....if this is the case you will see this screen as soon as you login to the Blackberry website.

Hi jdavis503! If I don't get you wrong you were using Gmail for a while and suddenly is stopped working then you've deleted you gmail from BIS integration. And now you're interested to use blackberry.net ID of your AT&T.
Integrating email ID in BIS is very simple to do and you can perform it by your self. Follow the below steps -
After every successful email integration you'll receive an confirmation email from Activation Server. That's it!! You're done with BIS email ID integration.

What is the blackberry # you can call to have you username reset. I know my password just not the username. I have tried everything. Thanks in advance for your help.
