yes i found my email address and i click on show my password but asking me for my associated blackberry ID on my bb
Have you gone through those KB I suggested ! I am just doing a copy paste of the above KB , Try it and reset your Password :
If the password for a BlackBerry ID account has been forgotten and the login is unsuccessful, please use the following process to reset the password.
To generate a password reset email, please follow these steps:
Note: If the BlackBerry ID email address is a BlackBerry mail address (eg. <username>@tmo.blackberry.net), the BlackBerry ID password reset email will not be received on the BlackBerry smartphone. Since the BlackBerry mail address is not accessible from a computer, the steps outlined in KB28111 will need to be performed.

You could also check this link which seems helpful - http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2013/01/change-blac
Is this by chance a second-hand set that you have? In which case the previous user may have set an id and you have changed the email to yourself but the id remains the old one. Just thinking aloud.

You are most welcome .. Also please make a note of your BlackBerry ID crediantials , because if it fails to recover then you have to follow some drastic steps like a Security wipe and use a new BlackBerry ID .
