struggling to download apps from blackberry appworld

Iv got the blackberry curve 9300...When I go into blackberry appworld and select a free app that I want it asks me for my blackberry I'd and password...when I fill it in and select login a little box pops up and says a problem has occured. Please try again later...and its done that since I got the phone which was a week ago...please could someone help

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB25882 "An error has occurred. Please try again later" is displayed when the user attempts to login to BlackBerry App World
