I have blackberry bold 9790 my software 7.0 bundle 2254 I was trying to update it to 220.127.116.119
so when the device start to back up it stuck in the middle and now i can not use my blackberry or make calls
please any advice what should i do?
However, i tried to take off the battary and put it again but its also show this

Unplug your phone then plug it back in and try again. Sometimes it can take a few tries before the entire backup and reload completes.
