Can you go to advanced options under options? Can you set the Default browser configuration from there?
Also try a battery pull if you haven't done so already.

But my only option is hotspot browser, I have a BBM subscription from my network provider and with a data plan.,
still they can't figure it out.,

gotcha. Can you call you carrier and have them resend your service books and confirm your data plan is OK?
They may also get you to register route tables:
Register on Network
1. From the device go to Options
2. Select Advanced Options
3. Select Host Routing Table
4. Select menu, then 'Register Now'
I'm hoping you don't have to reload your software for this, but I think the carrier can fix it.
