stupid upgrade

Hey can someone please help me. I have the blackberry curve 9300 and there was an upgrade for blackmessenger, so I upgraded it now its asking for my password and user name which is my email and I can't remember my password to my email and it won't let me change it to my new email..would really appreciate it if someone could help..thank Smiley Frustrated

If you're having problem with your BlackBerry ID password , then you can reset it , try this :

 

KB26361  :How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password.

 

Let us know about your progress.

         Yes I know ! If you can't remember the password then reset your password using the above Knowledge Base I suggested .
