sync error Curve 8300

Problem: can't sync my curve and my PC.

sync error: "record with specified Id (FFFFECE7) not found"

Curve 8300 V.4.5.0.186, Platform 3.4.0.59

upgrage to Blackberry desktop PC software 7.0.0.43 was interrupted, but reinstall of Blackberry desktop 7.0.0.43 seemed successful.

Any advice or remedy is appreciated.

Uninstall v7.

Reinstall v6.1. You can Get v6 from BB site again now.
