sync error crads database error

Hi there,

 

while trying to sync my data i get this error:

 

CRADSDatabase ERROR: (C:\Users\... ...\BlackBerry Desktop\XCPXSync.OEM\SyncSDK.209.601\Translators\RimBB\Contract {E1C795E15B6A459997FA82A2A5C1E860}.adt) is not open

 

please help!!!
