sync other folders than the inbox ??

I want to sync other folders on my blackberry besides my inbox.  is this possible?    I only have emails on the device that have arrived since the initial enterprise activation.

Hello egiblock and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for your question about folder reconciliation on BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.

 

When you do an Enterprise Activation, only the emails in the Inbox are prepopulated, not the subfolders. 

 

For more information on this, have a look at KB13375 "Redirect email messages from subfolders during the prepopulation stage of an enterprise activation".

 

Once activated, the emails in the subfolders should be delivered. If not, you will need to contact your BES Admin to investigation on this.
