I have a Blackberry Bold,windows 7,outlook professional 2010
No matter how many weeks I have a smooth operation with everything working invariably I will get -for no obviosul reason-2 major reoccurring problems
1) Error has occurred whilst trying to access a databsade record-so no sync ever occurs
2) I get numerous duplicate entries-always for birthdays-in my device
I have spent hours and hours trying to sort these problems out with various solutions and even when fixed the errors occur again. If this is a blackberry only problem I will never get one again. Help!
