synchronisation problem

tried to synch my blackberry with my pc yesterday and this morning the pc had gone down.  Plus emails are not coming through to my baclkberry.

 

is there any way I can un-sunch from my balckberry please

Sorry to hear about your issues. 

 

Will your computer power on at all? On your BlackBerry smartphone follow the steps in the below article to register the device on the mobile network: 

 

How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network

 

Once you register on the network test to see if you are able to send and receive email.
