if i enter tasks on my phone and they do not appear on my outlook desktop
if i do it the other way round, they sync from my desktop tasks to my blackberry
how can i solve this problem pls?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with synchronizing you Tasks from your BlackBerry smartphone to your Microsoft® Outlook® using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
Which version of the BlackBerry Desktop Software are you currently using?
Have you tried resetting your organizer settings?
To reset the synchronization settings for BlackBerry Desktop Software complete the following:
1. Connect the smartphone to the computer with a USB cable and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.
2. Select Organizer from the main menu.
3. Select Reset settings.
Then attempt creating a new task on your device and test again.
